Snowdonia Cheese. Somebody in here mentioned this cheese and I was on Bury market today and saw it. They had free samples, had a bit and it’s unbelievable, best cheese I’ve ever had, absolutely gorgeous. Thanks for the heads-up who ever you were 👍👍

  1. Black bomber is unbelievable. Got some in a small platter for a present a few years ago and didn’t think it would be anything all that special… I was wrong. Buy it whenever I see it.

  2. +1 for Snowdonia cheeses. As others have said, Black Bomber is ace. They also do one with edible charcoal, which makes it’s black. Great on a pizza for halloween

  3. I can also recommend the ~~semi-rare~~ hard to source “Stitchelton”. They’re selling it at the first cheese stall as you go into the main Albert Square market. It’s an unpasteurised Stilton and for my money, the greatest blue cheese I know of. They’re selling it at market rates also.

  4. Great cheese!

Also if you’re back at Bury Market anytime soon check out Purdon’s cheese stall, my mates family business and they do some lovely cheeses
